About

Cat Min is a Korean American illustrator, animator and writer. Cat grew up in Hong Kong, where she spent most of her childhood drawing and making comic books out of printer paper with her best friend. Her love for visual storytelling led her to study animation and film at New York University, Tisch School of the Arts, and went on to complete the Illustration & Visual Storytelling Summer Residency Program at the School of Visual Arts in New York. She is also a member of SCBWI and the Society of Illustrators. When she’s not drawing, she enjoys indulging in nostalgia, playing surreal escape room games on her phone, and spending time with her twin boys. Her debut picture book is SHY WILLOW (Levine Querido, 2021).

Cat is represented by Maria Vicente of P.S. Literary Agency.
